Reservation

Reservations for 1 to 4 people:
Please make reservations online through TOCK. 
Due to very limited seats (12 seats) per session, a deposit is required when you make reservations. Please follow the reservation process on TOCK and review our policies (cancellation, dietary restrictions, etc.) on our website before you make reservations. 

Reservations for parties of over 5 people:
Please contact us through our email or TOCK’s “Request Information” form.

A credit card hold is required for reservations. We’ll send you a reservation email, and please follow the instructions to complete the reservation.

Reservations for private dining at our restaurant:
Please contact us through our email or TOCK’s “Request Information” form.
We require a reservation of at least 10 people. The sushi counter can accommodate up to 12 people (possibly 13 people). To maintain our omakase-style service, we only serve at the sushi counter. Corporate dining for groups of more than 13 people requires special arrangements. Please contact us to discuss further. A credit card hold is required for reservations. We’ll send you a reservation email, and please follow the instructions to complete the reservation.

Our reservation times are 5:30 pm or 8:00 pm each evening, Wednesday through Sunday. The course starts approx. 15 mins after your reservation time. In order for us to serve Omakase course without disruption, please arrive on time. Please accept that late arrivals or no shows will still be charged the full amount, and the course ends within the reservation time. We may also not be able to serve you the full course. For 5:30 pm reservations, our door opens at 5:10 pm, and drinks are available for ordering (not included in course). Please allow yourself enough time to settle in before your reservation.

Note:
We are not accepting reservations by phone.
The deposit is to hold your reservation and will be refunded upon dining with us.
For group dining over 5 people, a 20% service charge will be added to the final bill.


Cancellation & Reservation Changes

1 to 4 people:
Please make cancellations or reservation changes through “TOCK” at least 48 hours (2 days) before your reservation time. Cancellations or any changes made less than 48 hours to 24 hours will be charged 50%, and less than 24 hours or no shows will be charged 100% of the Omakase price per person plus tax. For cancellations or any changes less than 48 hours of your reservation time, please contact us through our email.

Groups of over 5 people:
Please contact us through our email for cancellations or reservation changes at least 7 days before your reservation time. Cancellations or any changes made less than 7 days will be charged 100% of the Omakase price per person plus tax.


Dietary Restrictions

Vegan/vegetarian, gluten, and other dietary:
Our course is focused on the essential Japanese authentic ingredients, seafood, and seafood products seasoning with Japanese authentic flavors that involve soy products, rice, etc. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate gluten free, vegan/vegetarian diets. Please inform us any allergies and restrictions when you make a reservation.


Age Limit

Children and infants:
In consideration of our other guests, we do not accommodate children under age of 16.
